Ghost Pepper Smoked Salt - 2.0 oz Small Bag

Using the exact same smoking process we use in our hickory smoked salt, smoked one batch at a time in our wood smokehouse, we finish the smoking process of this salt by adding dried ghost peppers during the final hour of smoking. What we create is a unique salt that is equal parts smoke and spice. This is not a smoked ghost pepper salt that is looking to inflict pain, but we do want you to know it is there! *Caution...this salt far surpasses what is considered "Minnesota Hot!" Our Upper Midwest friends should use carefully! Uses: My favorite dish to put this on is a chicken and potato hash; I also use this to elevate my King Ranch Chicken Casserole. Anything you want to add some smoke and heat...this is your salt! Tacos and enchiladas, chili, grilled meats, and even popcorn will explode with flavor when you add this salt!
